This 1-2 hour service consists of a step by step evaluation of the properties staging needs. We provide recommendations on specific areas to declutter, repair, rearrange, and improve curb appeal and provide a home prep to-do-list.
HOME REDESIGN & ENHANCEMENT
We can work with the existing furniture, art work and accessories to bring out the best your home has to offer and to maximize a home's flow and potential. We emphasize a property's strengths and minimize its weak points.
STAGING PACKAGES FOR VACANT HOMES
With our own collection of current furniture and accessories, we can stage vacant homes to maximize the potential of the property and to prepare the home for professional photographs. Price includes our expertise and time for planning the project, creative selections, labor, travel, delivery, and hands-on staging of the property.
